You get the bin for a week as standard. Projects running over? Mention it when booking, or ring us before your seven days finish and we’ll extend it.
Orders placed by 11am normally go out that same day. Anything booked later in the afternoon is generally on the truck first thing next working day.
Not on heavy waste in our 2m³, 3m³, 4m³, 6m³ and 8m³ bins. Soil, bricks, tiles, rock and concrete can go in with no extra weight charge, as long as the load is level with the top. The 9m³ and 12m³ bins are for general and lighter waste.
Yes. A load that is 100% concrete (reinforcing steel is fine) gets a lower price than mixed heavy waste. If bricks, tiles or soil are mixed in, the standard heavy waste price applies.
We can’t take asbestos, paints, chemicals or poisons, oils or other liquids, gas cylinders, kitchen food waste, stumps, artificial turf or silica dust. Old mattresses and tyres are OK, each with a small extra charge.
Only if the bin sits on a public road, footpath or nature strip. All of our core suburbs are in Merri-bek City Council, which issues permits for skips on council land. Bins placed on your driveway or private property don’t need one.
Yes. We hire 1.0t and 1.7t mini excavators, a Dingo mini loader, a tracked dumper and wheelbarrows, and we can deliver them with your bin on the same trip.
